REPORT

El Salvador's first SPOGOMI event was successfully held on the campus of the National University. The event attracted great attention from the recruiting stage and attracted many participants from all over the country. Particularly impressive were the participants' enthusiastic efforts to pick up trash, even in the intense heat. One of the judges commented, “I have never spent an hour thinking so deeply about garbage. It was a very enjoyable and meaningful time. The total amount of trash collected that day amounted to 132.93 kg.

COMMENT

We are the warriors who have advanced from the regional preliminary round in El Salvador. We work at the city hall. Originally we participated in the competition with the desire to “study in order to liven up our city with SPOGOMI”, but we also won the national preliminary round and secured a place as representatives.
